The Process Of Manufacturing HRLRT
First, natural latex from rubber trees, is sourced from reliable vendors and brought to the factory. The manufacturing process starts from the centrifugation of natural latex to obtain centrifugal latex (DRC 60%). The centrifugal latex is then fed to a compounding tank and then extruded through glass capillary tubes to derive the rubber thread of desired dimension. Then it is passed over a conveyor belt for drying, after which talcum powder is coated on the individual threads and pressed together to form ribbons.
